Evan‘s crew lime washed our indoor stone fireplace, and lime washed our exterior house stone and painted the exterior stucco. Lime wash was a new concept for us so Evan took the time to show what different lime wash colors would look like on the fireplace stone and helped us to see which color to pick. He did the same for the exterior of the house and we couldn’t be more pleased with the indoor and outdoor project results. His crew was friendly, professional, hard-working, and tidy. We would highly recommend Evan’s New Perspectives Company for any kind of paint job you may need.
Evan and his team are top notch! I was initially drawn to them because of their clear experience with limewash. After receiving some proposals from others, New Perspective was the clear choice. Be cautious about other contractors that provide cheap quotes for limewash. It’s truly an art and Evan and his team have it down to a science and you get what you pay for. We hired New Perspective Painting to stain our exterior brick. From the initial consultation with Evan to the completion of the project, we were very impressed with the level of detail, knowledge and customer service. It was a big project, but the team finished quickly and efficiently. Half way through the project, we decided we wanted the team to paint our exterior doors as well and they did a great job. The New Perspective team was amazing to work with from start to finish! We reached out several months back and it took us a while to get started since we were doing other exterior work, but Evan was very responsive and patient with us the entire process. He was communicative and checked in throughout and after the painting process. The team who did our limewash did an absolutely fantastic job. Evan and his team did a beautiful job painting our brick ranch home. We opted for brick stain, which is a tinted limewash, because it is better for the longevity of the brick than paint. They painted the soffits, trim, windows, and gutters as well. They did a very thorough job with prep and the end result is beautiful. All our neighbors texted us afterward about how much they love it, so it’s not just our biased view!

We hired Evan & his crew to do limewash on our home in Highlands Ranch. He was a pleasure to work with, easy to communicate, on time and diligent workers. We LOVE the end product (photo to come soon when the whole job is complete) and our house looks completely revamped and brought back into the modern era. New Perspective Painting did the German schmear on our house and it came out absolutely beautiful. Pedro and Diego worked very hard and checked in with us several times to make sure we liked the amount of coverage on the stones. It’s a night and day transformation and we are so pleased with how the house looks now.
We worked with New Perspective Painting for an overhaul of our home’s exterior. We moved into a 116-year-old brick home that the previous “flippers” had painted messily with white primer and matte black trim. Evan and his team at New Perspective came out and gave us a quote for lime slurry and trim paint. We shopped a few quotes, and New Perspective was definitely on the more expensive end, but we went with them because they had great work samples (on Instagram, and Evan gave us a few addresses to drive by near us) and great reviews. We are SO glad we did. The New Perspective team got to work soon after and transformed our house in the space of a week. The team was super respectful, always letting us know when they were planning to come and go, always providing updates, and asking for feedback on the appearance of the house while the project was in progress just in case we wanted to make any changes. The price that I was initially hesitant about immediately became justified when I saw how they work. They demonstrated meticulous attention to detail—taping off every millimeter of our diamond grid windows, removing decades of paint buildup on our glass with a razor, repairing weathered mortar joints with new mortar, caulking small imperfections in the wood before applying new paint, and cleaning everything perfectly after the project was complete. The cherry on top was that they were able to sand down our front door, which had been painted black by the previous owner. They spent hours on it, and their work revealed the solid tiger oak door with gorgeous wood grain that adds so much character to our home. Thank you to the team at New Perspective! We love it!
We had a big kitchen cabinet painting project with two rooms painted, and our fireplace lime washed. Evan’s team takes time with your set up and prep so that every piece is painted perfectly. I wasn’t sure about paint colors so he brought in his designer and she brought it all together perfectly. We are beyond thrilled with our new area. It’s like living in a new kitchen. Excellent craftsmanship- these guys a really are artists. Excellent and immediate client service. Can’t wait to have them to my exterior!
Very satisfied with Evan and crew! We couldn’t quite come up with the color on our own, however Even introduced us to Caitlyn Johnson for exterior design support. With her help we found the perfect color. Professional crew, reasonably priced and great to work with. Will use for another project for sure!!!
